2010 started amazingly with a wonderfully beautiful and truly authentic wedding at The Great American Music Hall!! The ceremony was based on Native American Traditions and the party had the Lavay Smith and Her Red Hot Skillets rocking the whole night away. There were tons of photo opportunities all night!! I love the images I got. I hope you do too

I photographed my last wedding of the year on the 5th of December. It was a perfect wedding to finish off the 2009 season for me. It was full of wonderful people and a very holiday spirit. The City Club was decked out in beautiful Christmas decorations and the Bride and Groom had huge smiles on their faces all day. Check out this weddings slide show by clicking HERE.

Jon and Vanessa contacted me a couple of months ago for an engagement portrait session. After a great shoot, they asked me to shoot their wedding and of course I said ” yes!” They just tied the knot in October up at Tretadue Winery. Trentadue is a fabulous place with everything you could hope for in a winery.

I also had the awesome pleasure of working with Amy from Thumhart Event Consulting, who is the owner and  fabulous to work with. If  you are having a wedding up in wine country, Amy is a must have.

Last month I photographed a wonderful and intimate wedding at Meadowwood up in Napa. Meadowwood was a perfect setting for Brittany and Scott to tie the knot. They said their vows surrounded by tall gorgeous trees and then partied the night away by candlelight. It was a such pleasure to photograph, and I love so many of the photographs I took!! I had an awesome time taking the photographs at Alison and Tyler’s wedding last month. They had everything at Saralee’s Vineyard up in Windsor -what a gorgeous place to tie the knot! I have been looking forward to photographing Emily and Mark’s wedding ever since I spoke with them last year. I knew it was going to be a classy affair with amazing food. How could it not be when it was taking place at Auberge Du Soleil in Napa Valley. This place is beautiful, and is a perfect get away for pretty much anything.

A couple of weeks ago I had the pleasure shooting Erica and Ben’s wedding over in the East Bay at the Brazilian Room. I have known Erica and Ben for a while and had been looking forward to photographing it. The Brazilian room is great little room with a great view. Surround by trees and up in the hills it was the perfect place for their wedding. Click here to see more images from their wedding!

WOW! What a wedding and what a place. Samantha and Bruce’s wedding was awesome. The combination of their style and the setting has made it one of my favorites of all time. It was at the Desert Botanical Gardens in Phoenix, Arizona and to top it all off there was a Chihuly Exhibit going on there at the same time. I love the images I got! The beginning of this month found me at the wonderful Ritz Carlton in Half Moon Bay photographing a very cozy and intimate wedding between Tom and Carol. I love weddings like this! I always feel so privileged to be allowed into such a close-knit group of people. They had a touching and windy ceremony on the bluff behind the hotel (the view from there rocks) and then a very tasty dinner at the Ritz’s restaurant, Navio.
